Tim Hortons - West Seneca

Visited here via drive thru around 9am. Whoever was working drive thru was super nice and great customer service! Also, love the smiley on my cup, you never know the type of day someone is having/going to have so that was cheerful to see

Wish I could give zero. The worst Tim Hortons in existence. Not just bad service, but incredibly rude. Experienced it through the drive through then again today. An 18 year old kid told me to eff myself when I questioned why a croissant rang up as $8. The owners of this franchise should be ashamed. I will never patronize again and would advise anyone the same

Nice building but incompetent staff and management. Easily one of the worst Tim Hortons in the area. I order the same thing every time I go but am charged a different price every time. Staff always looks and sounds dreary/sad/dejected. Coffee is usually burnt and disgusting. Manager is ineffective and rude. I will drive out of my way to one of the dozens of other, better, Tim's just to avoid this one...as you should.

Edit: within the past month, the staff at this store the coffee has significantly improved. I'm really impressed and happy. Coffee is always disgusting, employees seem like they hate their lives and they charge you differently for the same thing. Any time I order extra caramel or extra pumpkin, I can't even taste the flavor, compared to other Tim's. If they're going to charge me 60 cents for am extra pump it would be cool to at least tell my coffee is flavored. They also won't use granulated sugar in iced coffee, they use this fake liquid sugar that has a horrible aftertaste. Convenient location, worst coffee I've ever had.

Used to be my favorite store, but now, if I could give them zero starts I would. I went in to buy few donuts, and there were flies on the donuts and muffins, I told the employee Samm about it, she just said ?nothing I can do about it? dear Samm and dear Tim Hortons employees: There?s is a lot you can do, you can talk to the manager and bring this to their attention, you can eliminate the flies or other bugs, you can put a cover or a door, there?s a solution for everything, I did not buy anything there and I will not go back to this location.
