Mighty Taco - West Seneca

The food is always good the staff is nice, but man they seem understaffed, every time I use the drive through wether it is 6pm or 11pm it’s always a 20+ minute wait with cars around the building. Not blaming the staff, because I assume they’re overworked and overwhelmed, but it keeps me from going often.

Man… SMH. First time here and never again. Service and all was great no issues there but my expectations from the reviews and people who enjoy this chain were high. Definitely not for me. But maybe it’s your thing. Added a star because staff was kind.

One of my must haves when in the Buffalo area. Dependably good and reasonably priced. Often a long line in the drive through for good reason. Last visit staff was very friendly given how busy they were.

Nite of 7/15? My birthday? Arrived at this location at 11:45 PM and got into the drive-through. Waited until midnight to be next at the speaker, they were going slow as molasses. Then when we finally got to the speaker they said they?re closed even after we waited for more than 15 minutes. Horrible customer service the staff obviously has no idea what customer service means. Should?ve gone to McKinley. Screw the employees working tonight. Hope you got home two minutes sooner. We went home hungry. Thanks for nothing
