The Shed West Sayville Ny

The parking lot was crowded, and I think we snagged the last available spot. Once we entered, we were quickly seated at the best table in the restaurant. The staff was very attentive, checking in on us just the right amount—neither too pushy nor too distant. The menu is consistently excellent. We enjoyed deviled eggs, calamari, and shared a Cobb salad, along with Short Rib sandwiches accompanied by roasted mushrooms. Everything was delicious, though the deviled eggs were just okay, but that’s a matter of personal taste. For dessert, we had a Belgian waffle topped with three scoops of ice cream. I was completely satisfied. I'd happily do this all over again and again!

We visited this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation, and it exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere has a charming, rustic feel, reminiscent of a waterfront dining experience. We tried the omelette and French toast, both of which were delicious and quite satisfying. The staff was extremely friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it as an amazing weekend brunch destination!

The bill came to $112 after tax and tip, which felt reasonable for the quality of the food. We did have one minor issue: one of our guests didn't care for the watermelon juice, as it tasted overripe. However, the waitress quickly replaced it with pineapple juice and even removed the charge for the questionable drink from our bill. The only other small detail was that there were several napkins with lipstick stains, but that's understandable given how challenging it can be to get those out. Overall, it was a great dining experience!

Had dinner here a few days ago. There's plenty of parking in the back. We came in through the door by the parking lot. The bar is really nice. We went to the hostess and were seated right away at a cute booth for 2. Pur waitress came over right away. We had drinks that were really nice and ordered an appetizer. The mac and cheese. It was so yummy!!! For dinner we had a salad and the lobster roll. Again, super yummy. The Shed will definitely become a place we go to often. Looking forward to the next time we go back. Good food and good service!!

Decided at last minute to go to dinner on a Tuesday evening. We were able to get seated at a quaint table for 2 by the front window. The service was great with all staff welcoming and friendly. Lots of great choices for food which came out hot and delicious.
