Panda Express - West Sacramento

This is the best sesame chicken I have ever tasted. Unfortunately, they were all out of the other dishes I wanted to order. However, I didn't have the time to wait for them to be prepared.

The food is delicious. The staff has a tendency to open the restaurant at their own convenience. Don't expect them to open at 9:30 as stated.

The food at this restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced.

I drove all the way from Southport 12 minute drive .i ordered 3 item plate and a medium soda gave them a $20 bill. They gave me four bucks back I get home and it’s only a two item I immediately call no answer this is my Friday night dinner so I drive all the way back the whole time they’re not answering the phone I get there to drive-through. I explain to them what happened they want a receipt, I get zero apologies from them. Then manager comes and gives me the third degree after I just explained everything to the other girl and the manager made me explain it to her twice these people are rude. 3 x. I have to explain it They have no common sense they don’t value their customers wasted time if they would’ve just did their job the right the first time and not wasted my gas my time and my energy And be rude and not say sorry. Screw this place.

Update I ordered a three item I go home. There’s only two item I got charged for a three item. I drive all the way back over there 12 minute drive and they question me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I had to tell them three times what was missing, these people have Common sense the workers are trash. They never apologize. They act like I did something wrong. Why don’t you answer your phone I’ve been calling it the whole time I was driving back to the restaurant. This place is a joke. The management is a joke.Every time I come here at 9 o’clock 915 the crew inside there hiding they’re not answering the window. They allow the automated person to ask to take your order. They do this pretty much twice a week. Every time I come I get off at 9 PM and every time I come here there’s a problem. These people will make one plate stretch to two plates. They completely robbed me and my family a bunch of times towards the end the night trying to stretch meat and giving you a half of a plate I work 12 hours. I go home with a half of a plate and im starving still. The management is a joke the night crew is a complete joke. This management in this location should be ashamed of your selfs. You guys suck big time.
