Five Guys - West Sacramento

The restaurant has good food and a nice atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the young female leader. She really impressed us with how well she managed the place, greeting us promptly and providing excellent customer service.

The price of $48 for one cheeseburger, one mini-cheeseburger, two orders of fries, and two shakes is outrageous. It is a total rip off.

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. It used to be good, but now they are being cheap. A burger and fries for $22 should come with a full order of fries, but on my last two visits, the fry cup was only half full. It's best to avoid this location.

Expensive but the food is good. A little greasy is why I didn't give it 5 stars otherwise it was good.

I decided to give this place another chance to see if i could rate it differently and to see if the experience would improved this time. I've never been this upset about buying a burger. 14$ for a bacon cheeseburger with no fries and drink included is insane. The burger was bland and tasted very similar to what I would make at home, what a huge disappointment. After retrying this place to be sure to give it another chance, I won't get 5 Guys ever again. No place should ever charge these prices for a single burger.
