First time in Sacramento and knew it was the best choice to make a stop at Crumbl : loved the flavors and enjoyed every bite.

Staff was very rude. Wouldn't honor The Kings free cookie promo.

They didn't offer the free chocolate chip cookie for the Kings promotion, only oatmeal. Extremely disappointing after driving 20 minutes each way with 2 boys that don't like oatmeal cookies. Won't be back. Asked for clarification and it's per management, not because they ran out

This store refuses to honor the free Chocolate Chip cookie the Kings give if an opposing player misses two free throws. They only offer whatever cookie they have that is not selling and they have leftover dough.

I love to get the chocolate chip cookie ever once in a while for a sweet treat.
