Thai Curry - West Ryde

I often order takeout and dine in at this restaurant, and I don't understand the number of negative reviews it receives. The food has always been consistently good, served hot, and bursting with flavor. I've never had a reason to complain, return any dishes, or leave my meal unfinished. The service is consistently quick and incredibly friendly. My favorites are the Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Massaman Curry. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a high-quality Thai meal in the area.

A hidden gem in West Ryde! After visiting once, you'll definitely want to come back, especially for the Laksa, which stands out among all the other Thai and Vietnamese restaurants I've tried (over 20 around Sydney). The prices are very reasonable, especially with the lunch discounts. The owner is incredibly kind and humble. I find myself craving the food often. This is truly the best local Thai restaurant!

I tried the Beef Pad See Ew along with an order of Fish Cakes, and I had a pleasant experience. The dipping sauce for the Fish Cakes was just perfect, with an ideal balance of flavors. The Pad See Ew was delicious as well—not too sweet—and the quality of the beef was decent. Overall, I enjoyed my meal!

We ordered several dishes today, and it was quite disappointing. The laksa was too salty and served lukewarm. The pad Thai came with a piece of lemon that looked like it had already been bitten, and the tom yum soup only had mushrooms and a swirl of liquid in it. We understand that every chef brings their own style to cooking, but the quality here was simply unacceptable. We were hoping for a better experience, especially considering the prices. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth it at all, and we won't be returning.

I ordered through Uber Eats, and not only did they get my order wrong, but the food was also disgusting. I strongly advise against buying from this restaurant. I called them, and all they suggested was to get a refund, completely ignoring that it was their mistake. I even sent my sister-in-law to return the food, and she mentioned that the place had a terrible odor. Now my son feels sick. What a disappointment! I'm extremely frustrated.
