This is a lovely place to eat, and it's dog-friendly with a large garden where you can sit during the summer. There's plenty of parking available. I gave it 4 stars for the food because I'm a Celiac and can't eat wheat or gluten, so the options are a bit limited. However, both the chicken skewers I had in the summer and the ham, egg, and chips I tried more recently were delicious! Price per person: £10–20. Food rating: 4.

I’m not from the area and hadn’t visited in over ten years. This pub has a warm and friendly atmosphere, with plenty of seating available. The food looked quite appealing, and there’s a good variety of beers to choose from. The beer garden is also a lovely addition. Overall, it’s a nice place to be. Price per person: £1–10. Service: 4.
