Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - West Point

I had a disappointing experience at this Popeyes location, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of General Manager Yolonda O'Briant. I witnessed tasteless conduct, including cursing at a customer and even throwing drinks and other items out the window. This incident reflects poorly on the franchise and demonstrates a lack of respect for both customers and the staff who were on duty. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Popeyes.

The service takes an incredibly long time, particularly between 11 AM and 2 PM, and the quality of the food is mediocre at best.

We went in hoping to get our order right. I requested an Arnold Palmer but ended up with just half sweet tea. They didn't have enough options to fulfill my order, so they gave me a chicken leg and completely neglected my cookies for the family meal! They used to be reliable, but the service seems to get worse every month!

HIGHLY disappointed with my order. I wanted to order the chicken sandwich for my husband. They were already sold for the day. It wasn't even too late! I ordered the shrimps. I ate two shrimps, but I had the urge to throw. I knew they weren't fresh, but they had a funny taste. Shake very fishy, more than they should. They were almost mad. But the sweet tea???

A fast food chain out of fries on one of the busiest traveling days of the year. Great planning on their part. Also if you want a Sweet Tea make sure to ask for a Dr. Pepper. I didn't know this before hand I mistakenly asked for a Sweet Tea and was given a Dr. Pepper.
