Mcdonald's - West Point

Went thru the drive thru at 10pm and was told they were closed. The website states drive thru is open until midnight. There were two big events in this area that just ended. Hmmmm????

This McDonald's is a mess. Every time I go there I have problems with my order. There is one lady that works there she is a little older than most of the staff. She is wonderful. If a she ever leaves this McDonald's then you should close their doors for good.

Ordered spicy nuggets. They were a bit dry. Think they were overcooked.

My mom wanted some McDonald's and there stuff was so fresh absolutely worth

Only when certain people work there is it better than okay. Most of the time either my order is wrong or they forget something that I ordered.Update 2-4-24: went in for breakfast with my mother ordered a decent sized order I order extra to take home and heat up for dinner before heading to nightshifts. Had ordered the breakfast menu options and the pancakes were cool to the touch the food I ordered came out in different increments first the food then finally the iced coffees and the smoothie we ordered for my mother came out after we finished the meal even though they saw me up there 4 times to get my food that they gave to me in small increments didn't even give me the full meal until it was time to go and had to wait for the smoothie. Then when we got the smoothie it wasn't blended properly and the smoothie was less than to be desirable for we simple fact is was mostly ice and hardly strawberry banana flavor at all. Honestly when they first started everything was good after the renovation they had the food service steadily went down hill. If you want expensive food like what they are charging now but better tastes and friendlier service you are better off spending the extra at the pie lady. I wish I had spent my money there instead of here today and will not be going to this location unless truly desperate.
