Taco Bell - West Plains

These people are wonderful. We had a fairly large order close to closing. They had a few things wrong, but quickly fixed them with a smile. When we took my son away, he spilled his whole drink in his back. As we clean it up, a worker (Eric) came out and asked if we needed something and offered some water to help us. Whoever is his mother should be very proud. It really made a bad situation so much better. Thanks Taco Bell staff for amazing customer service. The gala at the window was also sweet as possible.

This Taco Bell is indisputably the best Taco Bell ever. The food is never mad, excessively drunk or chaotic. It is always tidy, tasty and always the perfect temperature. For these reasons, I always want to stop on my trips through Missouri. Five stars are not enough, 10/10 would recommend.

I love this Taco Bell! We all know that every mistake makes and occasionally forgets to put a product in your pocket, but when you call (and think that I really try to stay respectful), they give you not only the product you lacked, but they even compensate you for the error... I made it home before I realized that I didn't have one of the items from my order, but because I had to drive all the way back to the city, they gave not only the item I lacked, but also a second article, PLUS a voucher for a free taco!! Patrick was the person I spoke to and he was extremely polite and respectful!!

The cashiers were great, very enthusiastic. Our order got screwed up, but that's half the places out there so I don't mind. Great establishment
