Ruby Tuesday - West Plains

Went in for lunch got wings cooked by Andy and they were amazing. Sydney was my server and she did a wonderful job.

Login was our server 03/11/24.he was so funny. With us we laughed we all. Joked with him. He gave us wonderfull service 1000% . It was great haveing Login as our server. Tonight.

Great spot to eat while on vacation! Nice staff. Great food. Overall wonderful experience.

My Fiancé and I at here for V-Day dinner, and it was the worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. The spot we were seated had BBQ sauce on the lower portion, that smeared all over the back of brand new pants before it was found. Then we received our appetizers only to find there was hair in the mix....I was able to dangle entire potato skins by pieces of hair. The waitress we had decided to leave her airpods in for her shift so despite repeating the order 3 times, was brought the wrong order first, the wrong drink, and then when we finally did get our food it looked horrible. There was more fat in the ribeye than meat, the pasta sauce was very very watery, and we couldn't even manage to get the correct drink. We ended up leaving at this point, and I can only hope that this restaurant is shut down soon. I did end up taking home the steak so at least the dog would be able to eat it. What a wonderful waste of $100 for 2 people.At least it looked and felt like your average Ruby Tuesday's!! (Barring the aforementioned issues)Please, please, do yourself a favor, and choose somewhere else to eat. I wish we would have waited the extra hour to eat at any other place tonight.
