Hardee's - West Plains

The young man named Owen who was working at the front counter was outstanding. He is likely one of the best fast food employees I've encountered! He was incredibly polite and respectful. Great job, young man! If you maintain that work ethic and positive attitude, you will achieve great things!

I love the flavors of Hardee's. Their curly fries are probably the only curly fries that I would order over normal fries without hesitation. Unfortunately, I had an employee treat me like I was trying to steal for asking for a bag with handles (I had two drinks to carry and no free hands). From 4 Star to 3.

I stopped in with a bus full of hungry teenage boys after a swim meet. The service we were met with was fantastic. Haven, was patient, she was kind, and was moving fast. Then food was ready she brought it out to us. She was great. I know most fast food places dread having busses stop in but Haven made us feel very welcome!
