Wendy's - West Palm Beach

- Oh, yeah. I order 5 jr cheese burger, pommes and 2 chili. I waited for my order for over 20 minutes. the people came in and left their food behind me. I wanted to ask for my lunch. they wanted to wait. I asked for my money back and even that was a problem. I paid $31 and they wanted to give me $22. the manager shouts at me and said that I have difficulty because I wanted my money back after I was treated terriblely and did not get my food. make you like one and eat somewhere else. these people just want to benefit from them! avoid this place

Horrible service. rude employees. They got my order wrong and got mad when I told them about it. Y’all need to get a whole new team.

Took my granddaughter her after her last day of school. She wanted a giant chocolate chip cookie! No wait in line and it generated a great smile?

Allways goes well for me eating here. The employee are even more professional than before. Something's different and better.

Live around the corner so order for lunch periodically. At the drive thru my order has regularly incorrect but you really have to watch that they dont overcharge! The inside is generally filthy.
