Subway - West Palm Beach

I originally left a negative review on Google because they kept getting my app order wrong every time I visited. However, I came by again two days ago and noticed they have new staff. They were friendly, helpful, and got my order right! #wrapstars

Claudia is a valuable member of the Subway team. The service and food were both excellent. She was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was well-maintained and very clean.

I don't typically eat at Subway, but I had a wonderful experience while visiting with my coworker. The restaurant offered excellent seating options both indoors and outdoors, and the staff was quick and bilingual. The owner was exceptionally friendly, and we had a great conversation. I can honestly say it was the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been to.

This restaurant is hardly ever open during its stated business hours. The doors are always locked, and there's usually no one at the front desk. The last time I visited, a woman briefly emerged from one of the rooms and quickly returned without opening the door. It felt very unprofessional.

I was disappointed to find that the cheese and herbal bread was out of stock during my visit. Additionally, there was only one staff member working, which made the service quite slow.
