Love Love this little gem. Great cocktails and great food. Charming knowledgeable servers. One of our favorite hotspots for Happy Hour and dinner. Great place to meet up with friends. Lovely atmosphere inside and out.

Service is terrible i got a flatbread my significant other got a salad the waiter only came by 3 time in 45 minutes and only to get our drink order our food order and our bill never checked if we needed anything never brought us the salad dressing the salad came out missing items the flatbread was way overpriced for almost nothing on the flatbread and the wait staff sat me directly in the sun on the patio then when i said something they offered us the only other table directly in the sun when they had 4 other tables in the shade

I hadn't been to Belle Maxwell's in years and was excited to have lunch there today. I had some work/writing I wanted to do while I dined and was shown the beautiful space outside. It was perfect and quite inspiring. I ordered a glass of wine and a salad. My server asked me how the salad was and I hadn't tried it yet, so I mentioned that, and said I would let him know once I did. Well, that was the last I saw of him. The restaurant was quite busy when I had arrived but had also cleared out while I was enjoying my meal. It seemed I had the entire backyard area to myself, which was lovely. The weather was perfect. However, my server did not return. Not once. I would have loved to have ordered more. I waited. And waited... then decided to pack up my things. I used the restroom and had to walk up to the bar to retrieve and pay my bill. I still left him $5 but this was quite a disappointment.

Met a couple of friends for their birthday celebrations and Mr. V. made our experience beautifully memorable! His charm and wit enhanced our celebration and the food was delicious. My friend's spinach goat cheese caramelized onion flatbread was wonderful; my other friend was disappointed that the quiche of the day was not as advertised and Mr. V. made it right for her, thank you! The sample dessert platter was divine flourless chocolate cake; coconut cream pie; tiramisu. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, or just have a lovely lunch, let Mr. V. take care of you at Belle Maxwell's.
