Pollo Tropical - West Palm Beach

Manager is amazing and it really offers for a great culinary experience. my daughter says this place has the best huh. very clean n most staff are friendly.

Eating was amazing! we have no pollo tropical where we live, so it was a funny surprise to taste a new place that tasted so good. 4 stars is because the service was not the best. we had ordered one side with one of our meals that we did not receive. when my man went to ask them about it, they said it was not a side, but a sauce. the website clearly shows the boiled yucca as a dish and not just a sauce.

Usually this place is hit or measured? always a guessing game. If it's good? GREAT, but if it's bad AWFUL, it's good, maybe 1 out of every 7 times. This time, with how expensive everything is now? do they charge $5 extra for steak? no sauces, no beans, nothing else. I can't. Service everywhere becomes SO BAD. But thank you to the people in the layer when it is good to get it right. I appreciate you.

Definitely the best bang for your buck. All the protein carbs with plenty of flavor. Service was great for dinner very accommodating. One of the better fast food chains with a nourishing, healthy, filling meal!

The young lady who took our order was super helpful and friendly. That was the only positive for this place! We get to the window ready to pay for our order only to be told they are pretty much out of everything except mango slushes or soda (which my family doesn?t drink soda we originally ordered lemonade and mango drink) so we opted for the slush. Only to find out it cost more with the kids meals. But what I found baffling was that the kids meals included chocolate chip cookies which they also where out of and still charged us for! Finally get the food it was hot but very bland. No seasoning whatsoever. We couldn?t go back to the restaurant as we were just passing through on our way back to SC. I used to live in Florida years ago and Pollo Tropical was one of my favorite places to eat which is why I stopped in! The food is no longer as flavorful as I remember.
