We were seated for about 10 mins after no one who came I had to get up find a waiter for our table. In front of us the two waiters bickered about which tables are theirs and who will tend to us. When they did sort that out, the gentleman who had service was horrible- the service was so slow. My cajun chicken pasta I ordered was swimming in butter or lard or whatever it was, we thought it was a pasta soup! I will never go back- go to the Boynton Beach location (nicer part of town) that is cleaner. This place was great back a few years ago but quality and service has declined tremendously over the years.
Horrible experience, horrible smell in the restaurant. Food leftovers at the tables, very very dirty location. Service horrible, very noisy people. Had a stomach pain after visiting that restaurant . Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!
Food was excellent. But restaurant needs some good cleaning.
It's a food was awesome you know when you're in Florida and you get crabs you expect it to be fresh and it was 100% and it was but the service was slow and horrible. This red lobster needs to retrain its servers and two customer service refill drinks when they run low check on your customers this specific night there was 10 people on the restaurant and the server was extremely slow. Back in the day I was a waiter I was very attentive to my customers I also spent five-and-a-half years in the hotel hospitality industry I know how to take care of customers this red lobster location clearly had 0 understanding of that in the first place I had to ask another waitress it's so move us because I had a knee injury to a table that was more acceptable. When I go back to Florida if I go back to West Palm Beach I definitely will not be coming back to this specific location. The key word is called training and understanding your customer
The hostess wasn’t too friendly at all. Once we sat, it took quite a while for the server to greet us to the point that my boyfriend wanted to leave... but with me being in the restaurant industry I know how it can be at times our server ended up being someone super friendly and he made up for it. Work on the quality of the staff up front because that’s what sets the tone for guests as they arrive. The food was good, we both got the twin tails with seafood pasta dish.
