Dunkin' - West Palm Beach

I'm going to coffee. Beautiful people, but sometimes you need to repeat your order several items for them to get it right. Maybe it's just me

Placed for the first time an online order in this place and I went to the window as there was no one in the line the lady in the window had her back to me and ignored me for a few minutes. Then she turned around and called me to tell them on the order screen that I had an online order. She went away and then came back to yell at me again, that I must go up and give them more time next time, as they just get the order on their side. I didn't expect my order to be finished in 2 minutes. She could just ask me to move forward.

There is really only one word for this dunkin and it is incapable. You can't get orders, can you? rude, and one of the worst dunkins I've done.

Most ratchet Dunkin I have ever been to. Got my order wrong not once but twice. Didn 't even know my sandwich was ready because the lady never pushed it up to the counter, just had it waiting way back. There was a little kid in there running around grabbing my food and my drink and the employee just encouraged it saying awww he 's so cute. Only reason it 's not one star is they at least fixed my order both times without putting up a fight about it.

This place was the worst dunkin I?ve ever been to. In the middle of ordering at the box, she litterally stopped responding and didn?t come back for 2 minutes and then I had to repeat my whole order. Then, she forgot two of the donuts I ordered.
