Dunkin' - West Palm Beach

We've been visiting this location for over 8 years, and it used to be fantastic. However, in the last six months, it feels like the employees have lost their motivation. Out of the five times I stop by each week, my drink order is incorrect four times. I've stopped customizing my drink orders and now just ask for exactly what’s shown in the app, but still, it’s wrong four out of five times. They often argue about it until I show them the picture, and then I feel bad because they have to remake something they got wrong. This applies to everything from iced coffees and lattes to specialty drinks. We used to go out of our way to come to this location because the staff was excellent and the coffee was always fresh, making the drive-thru wait worthwhile. Unfortunately, I think it’s time for us to try another coffee chain because this location, which used to be the best Dunkin in West Palm, now feels just like the rest.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. They ensure that your order is prepared promptly and accurately. The owner is wonderful as well; he always welcomes you with a smile. Justin is fantastic too!

There's a new employee named Justin who really brightens my visits to the drive-thru. He always greets me with a smile and is consistently polite and friendly. He takes the time to make sure my order is perfect. Plus, he tells some really funny jokes! His cheerful personality is definitely a big reason I find myself coming here more often. I used to visit just once or twice a week, but now I'm here every day because his positive energy and smile are so wonderful. They should definitely hire more people like him!
