China Star - West Palm Beach

This was my first time trying this place and I will not go back. Ordered pork fried rice which appeared to have a yellowish color, not sure what this is all about. The rice tasted very old. Also the place upon entry was a mess. There were empty boxes, dirty yellow rags, and a large bowl with an uncovered food item sitting out. The establishment also had a weird unpleasant smell.

I love China Star family owned and operated.Best Chinese food in town. The Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken are the absolute best. No one makes it with the flavor and the skillmanship as China Star! Thank you for serving our community for many years!!

It's a small take out restaurants and the previous owners were friends of the family for over 18 years and they sold the business to another Chinese family.The food is great, and when I don't feel like cooking and have a hankering for good Chinese takeout, I get it from them.I have them on speed dial.Their are very reasonable and the food is first rate.

I can’t say enough about this place. First time there and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, the restaurant was clean, the kitchen is visible from the front counter.What impressed me the most was their service and honesty. I added on a soup once I arrived and was unknowingly charged for the incorrect size. As I waited, the gentleman reviewed my receipt and caught his mistake. He immediately refunded the amount, all without me noticing on the front end.I will be a repeat customer and have referred them to friends and family in the area.

My only choice for takeout Chinese lunch and dinner. Friendly staff. Love love love this place.
