Burger King - West Palm Beach

The management must pay attention to who hires them. orders are always wrong, eating is cold, personal are not properly trained. this is every time I visit this place. the personal is constantly annoyed with the customers because they do not speak English or understand. I think someone should call this point corporate. I paid for my lunch too.

Absolutely amazing! we ordered the 4-course menu and everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

I sent food back that I picked up three times because it was wrong. no manager was available to solve the problems. either the cashier didn't understand English or was simply unable to understand what was a double cheeseburger. I was very disappointed about the service or the lack of it.

1 star because the shaking machine has expired for months. my suggestion would be to get a new one or please fix it for good. my family lives very close and some nights we want to treat ourselves with a burger king shake. we are always disappointed when we say it doesn't work. 1. august, update. shake machine is still broken. I give up. just take the menu.

The manager here always is very accommodating and always makes sure that the place is clean. This is my go to BK.
