Embedded for Sunday dinner and had a warm welcome at the arrival. for a selection of 3 meats and ordered drinks. Eat came immediately and hot with 5 veg, yorkshire and charging meat. the plate was stacked high! very tasty and pleasant. only two choices for the desert, but the chocolate brownie I had was excellent. really good value in a quiet local pub

Good service, good food, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Eat as italian inspired described and lived up to this description. fresh specialties (especially buck pate) excellent. before the house spent time making our choice. worth a visit.

Proper priced pub. Nice open fire, friendly barman and also locals. Good place for a quiet chat.
