Cafe De La Poste - West Oxfordshire

Stumbled about this little caffe and shop on the look for some breakfast on Monday morning. all crates good coffee and great touch on toast. not slipping out on quantities! recommended

I stopped by Cafe de la Poste this afternoon at 3:01 on my bike tour. When I entered, I told the lady behind the counter that I knew I was too late for the lunch menu. She immediately responded with a firm "yes, you are!" I suggested that maybe there was something else I could have, but she loudly stated that all they had was drinks and nothing else, in front of another customer. I thanked her for her help and left. This was the second time I had been treated like this at Cafe de la Poste, so I won't be returning.

That is the most charming little load. good stock, good service and not too difficult to park. in non-virus times the caffe is excellent and there is always a good range of papers to hand to accompany their morning croissant and coffee.

Everything you need. good wine selection, local ales, coffee, paper and dinner! pizza on Saturday night was exactly what we needed.

This is a little gem in the village of Chadlington. We visited every day during our stay in the village but it’s worth travelling too also. The breakfast menu is broad and although we didn’t have lunch there was lots to choose from also. You...can even have wine and beer. The breakfast was delicious. Always piping hot with options for vegans and vegetarians. Coffee was freshly made with lots of choices also. Service was friendly and efficient. This really is a great place to visit.
