Saladworks - WEST NYACK

This is my favorite salad spot, and I've become a regular here. The server really knows how to handle my order with care and makes fantastic salads. However, I do feel like the server outshines the manager, who can be quite rude. I try not to take it personally; maybe he's dealing with some issues in his personal life. Overall, I always enjoy my time at this restaurant!

The ingredients were not fresh and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the restaurant. The cashier pressured us to leave a tip. I love salad, but this place is simply not worth it. Food rating: 1/5.

I've visited Saladworks numerous times, but the service keeps declining, along with the quality of the food. When kale starts to turn yellow or dark, it should be thrown out. I wouldn’t eat discolored kale at home, so why would I pay $14 for a salad with unappealing, yellow kale? This has happened before, but it will be my last time ordering from here. While the servers are great, the older gentleman at the register could use some customer service training. It's unfortunate that it has come to this, but Saladworks needs to improve. This level of food quality is unacceptable.

I ordered takeout for lunch and placed my order online for noon. When I arrived, everything was ready for pickup. The staff member even double-checked that I had all the items from my order, and he replaced one item that was out of stock after giving me a call. It was an excellent lunch and a fantastic value. I will definitely return when I'm back in the area.
