Outback Steakhouse West Nyack

To tell you the truth, it was one of the worst meals I and my family ever had. At first the bank where we sat was broken when our food came, my dinner was ice cold, my daughters Salat had blue cheese in him when she asked her not to set it up, my men Steak was like leather when he wanted it medium (even if he asked for the final cut and didn't get) last time my son had a bit hard in his meal. We showed the waiter and said it could have been a piece of plastic that the frits are packed. To finish everything from the manager did not even come to our table. The whole meal lasted almost 3 hours! Ridiculous and never back there! The only good in the evening was our waiter who tried very hard to make things right.

We had a party of 16 and the service was great. Dining room and ladies room were very clean. Food was delicious. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

Reasonably priced, decent portions, courteous service, and good flavor.

So I have never been to outback and my friend always refused because he said that the last two times at 2 different outbacks the food was horrible and so was the service. Unfortunately I don't listen or back down so we went. Guess what it was awesome! I was so afraid to get a well done steak instead of the medium I ordered. Luckily for me they had a real cook my steak and lobster were cooked to perfection. The broccoli was yummy the green beans were crunchy and the shrimp I almost ate my fingers. Watch out for the sweet potatos its steaming hot inside. Btw if you go you should get a L.I.T with salt it's 10bucks but its good. The dessert is also good minus the nuts.
