At most Dunkins, they usually wait 10-15 min for my coffee and until I have my coffee, they kind of screw it up. The cash registers were so polite. The staff looked alive and as if they were there. In most places, employees would look like they didn't sleep in weeks. It was a little hectic for a short time, but she treated it very well. I appreciate you for the amazing service you have provided. I'd like to talk to your manager. I prefer this dunkin over the one in Nanuet.
I used to work at the mall. I never misunderstood my order, although sometimes they were a little slow. There were a few times that I would have to stand on the page with one or two other customers for a handful of minutes waiting for an order.
They are always crowded, but on that day they moved the line fast.
