Starbucks - West Norriton

This Starbucks is the nearest one to me, so I have visited a few times in the past. However, recently I have had some disappointing experiences. The barista I interacted with was very rude and seemed indifferent to providing good customer service. As a result, I have decided to stop coming to this Starbucks. I would rather drive further to a different location where I can receive better service and where the staff are more knowledgeable and attentive.

The coffee at this place is nearly as bitter as the employees. I have visited a few times now and each experience has been increasingly disappointing. The establishment is also quite unclean. I even spotted a cockroach on the counter near the drive-thru window!

It took a long time for the food to come out, but the service was excellent. The restaurant was clean.

Horrible service. Longer than normal wait times. The cashier was rude AND tried to keep my credit card. Will NEVER return!!!

Drive thru very slow, beverage was good just had to wait a long time even tho ordered by mobile app.
