To me, the essence of a restaurant lies in the attitude of the staff and how they treat customers. None of them made eye contact with me, which was disappointing. Honestly, this place has the potential to be bustling and lively. I think they need to work on their eye contact, attitude, and providing suggestions when customers are unsure what to order. For instance, when I asked for a recommendation, the guy said he had no idea and didn’t drink those drinks. What does that say about the level of knowledge and enthusiasm? I know the owner is investing a lot in advertising, so I believe it would be beneficial to focus on improving the staff’s approach to customer service. They didn’t treat me poorly, but the atmosphere felt very low-energy. Everyone seemed so serious; I was quite surprised.

I'm here almost every other day ordering smoothies! Fantastic people and really good smoothies they also have tons of supplements and protein powders if you need them as well as a couple small exercise equipment like bands and some small weights.If you are looking to be a healthier person this is a great place to start.

The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I was trying to find something, the bag girl made it clear that I was bothering her. The owner came in and told me matter-of-factly that they didn’t have what I was looking for, then abruptly turned away to have his lunch. To top it all off, the bag girl sneezed into a drink she was preparing for someone—without a mask! It was a terrible experience overall!

This is the best nutrition center in town. Everything is reasonably priced, and the staff is incredibly helpful. I've been a customer for years, and their shakes and açaí bowls are absolutely delicious. Thank you, Jose and the team, for always looking after me!
