The Burger Bistro - West Monroe

The staff was rude to me! I had an online order and requested the bun and condiments on the side. The person that spoke with me said she does not do that here at the Burger Grind! So we had to pay for extra condiments and buns when we left. Unacceptable!

The fried pickles were excellent and the hamburgers were great especially mine with the jalapeno bun. I was surprised that we, the three of us, spent about 20 dollars per person.

Great food and great people. Kevin and Ms. Tammy are like family. Every time I come here, I feel like I am home.

Way over priced, will probably never eat there again unless I'm homeless and someone offers me a meal

Very good burger joint. Friendly service, nice decor. Had the bleu and bacon burger on jalapeño cheddar bun. Great flavor. Only complaint was it was well done, ordered medium rare. Otherwise l, good burger. Certainly would return.
