Milano's Italian Grill - West Monroe

The wait time was crazy and this was just for a to go order that I called ahead. He told me it would take 20 mins which ended up with me sitting there for an hour.

They start you off with hot fresh baked giant bread sticks. ? I got the amazing Grilled Salmon and my girlfriend got Chicken Parmigiana,the taste of both were delicious.Staff and the hospitality we're at highest level.

10.24.24 Visit for late lunch. I wasn't sure if it was even open with next to no cars and grass overgrown. Went inside and was sat down to an empty restaurant. Fried ravioli was good. Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. As I started getting ready to eat, 2 roaches crawled across my table. I was able to catch pic of the 2nd one that was bigger as the 1st one was little smaller and different kind too. I showed the waitress who called the manager over, and they offered me another table, but i said no thanks and left. Waitress was friendly but I couldn't stay after seeing that.NOT RECOMMENDED

Service was great! Friendly staff and atmosphere was lovely. Got the stromboli and it was huge and delicious. The bread they serve while waiting on your food was wonderful. I could have eaten it all. Highly recommend!!

We had the very worst service ever! Restaurant was so hot it was uncomfortable! We had a large party of 3 booths and we arrived a few minutes later than everyone else but the waitress was right there and didn’t bring us any breadsticks that I heard were so delicious. We had to chase her down for refills on our tea glasses. The food was good but the service just ruined the whole meal. My mother was a waitress for 35 years and taught me that full glasses are very important! Don’t know if we will go back
