Chili's Grill - West Milwaukee

Never ordering take-out again. We were told the food was done at 7pm. We got there at 6:48pm. We waited until 7:10pm, other people with take-out, coming and going before us. It should be 1st come, 1st serve. This was not the case. I confronted the take-out crew and got an attitude, waited an additional 15 mins and still didn't get the order. People still coming and going before us. We talked to the manager and we had them remake the order, because it was cold when we got it. All we got was excuses when we talked to the manager/employees. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience, we had to ask for that and still got an attitude!! All we asked is if it takes longer for anything, let us know, communication goes a long way! We will not be returning to this Miller park chili's location. I want something for the inconvenience !!!

The service that me and my fiancée had was the worst that either of us have ever had. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table when the restaurant was not even busy. Then when we finally got sat, the waitress barely said 2 words to us the entire time we were there. Made it feel like we did not matter. Came to take our order and that was it. Saw her 1 time.. very unprofessional..

The server Ashanti was the best, she saved our experience because I felt the little girl with the messy bun at the door was discriminatory towards my aunt who's an amputee and in a motorized wheelchair, as soon as we walked in she ran for a manager, then tell us a 15 minute wait while seating others that came in after us!!! But, when we did get seated, our server Ashanti saved the day, made our dining experience wonderful and was very compassionate!!! She deserves to be recognized!!! The other girl needs to be retrained on common courtesy nd proper etiquette!!! But shout out to Ashanti for going above in beyond in a career that is not easy!!!

My daughter and I love to play the table top trivia. We had appetizers and desset. The place was not crowded and had a 25 minute wait for a table so we sat at the bar. They would not let us sit at a table in the bar section. I get that they are understaffed, but you should be able to sit at a table since 75 percent of the tables were empty with a full wait line.

Hi,We had great service today! Our party was of 11 people and she was great from start to finish. Her name is Ashanti and she was very polite and nice to us. No complaints at all from any of us.
