Latin - West Miami

I was there for 30 minutes before leaving, I couldn't ask for disastrous attention and a group of workers had sour luck.

Very good authentic Latin food. Staff friendly and food was very good prepared and very good presented. Lots of parking spots in the area. Highly recommended if you like to eat real food and not fast food.

The food is quite delicious, and at decent prices. Nobody's knocking that. However... the last 7 times we've ordered takeout, they've either messed up our order, packaged the food poorly so it leaked and/or taken significantly longer than they told us to have the food ready. Once or twice could happen to anyone, but the last 7 times in a row? That's too much. Also, although the food is delicious, the beef is always, ALWAYS overcooked. Customer service used to be great, tonight is was an epic fail. My meal that normally takes 10, 15 mins max took 30 mins to come out. I didn’t complain because they were busy and I get it, just wanted a nice enough late night meal. The food I got looked like it had been sitting around in the back for at least 15-20 mins out of the 30mims of waiting. Lukewarm and barely any sauce. I called to complain and see if I could get it fixed, was passed around then hung up on. Call back the lady over talked me yelling my order would be ready in 5-10 mins, even though I kept saying I already got my order and then hung up on me AGAIN. I drove back just to be told to chill out and they would replace it even though I kept saying I didn’t want a replacement and only wanted a refund. Waited another 10 mins for a refund just to have the meal be brought out replaced again. The food quality isn’t even worth this much stress. Save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else.

The food is good for the price, the service is good as well it doesn’t take too long, and the atmosphere is fine with music and it is clean. They have a good cantina as well Parking: Lots of parking. You can park close by the restaurant or in sédanos parking lot and walk to the restaurant or other parts of the plaza that are not reserved for stores in the plaza Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables with booth and chairs, and chairs for people with wheel chairs to sit at the table and places to roll into the plaza
