World Market Buffet - West Memphis

Everything is off, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. When we enter the restaurant, we are asked to remove our masks so that security can see our entire face. Even though we need to present our ID upon arrival, most of the time the staff is rude and unfriendly, or just downright unprofessional. It seems like the managers are never around, so they need to be more attentive to customer feedback. Most of the staff are deliberately difficult with bad attitudes, and they are quick to call the police over minor issues, which is a concerning trend. Overall, the security team, cocktail waitresses, and slot hosts are very unprofessional and lack hospitality. There are only a few pleasant workers at any given time, no matter the time of day.

I love watching greyhound races and had a great time with friends. I have even adopted several retired racers! Definitely check it out with a group of friends. The sports bar grille served delicious food at a reasonable price. Our waitress did a fantastic job taking care of us!
