Contribuiți la feedbackWe came at 5:30ish on a Saturday for ayce and were seated right away, as the entire restaurant was empty. We ordered a variety of cooked and raw foods. The lo mein was fresh, the general tso's chicken tasted like it came from a frozen package, as did the fries. The jalapeno sushi appetizer was very sweet, not spicy at all. The rolls were drenched in sauces. I would stick with sushi and sashimi if I ever came again, as these seemed to be fresh.
Horrible place! All you can eat with no mention of the sign on the table that charges $1.50 per piece of sushi left on the plate. $20 per person for a bowl of McDonalds fries and 1/2 inch long spring rolls. The frozen “fried scallops” came in a dishof three and were the size of quarters. Best thing on the menu was the edamame! After everything the total wasn’t even worth what we ordered! No selection to chose from you have to order from a menu! “I think I’ve just been had!” Sir/Ma’am do yourselves a favor and go to IZU! Never again!
The older woman at the front desk who runs the place is extremely rude ignorant Very disrespectful I had the all you can eat during lunch and I had 2 problems. The first problem was very foul, repulsive smelling shrimp... life lesson, smell things before you eat them lol.. I ended up throwing up a few hours later which I believe was from the shrimp.. Second was after I sent back the shrimp I ordered the shrimp lo mein thinking they wouldn’t serve me bad shrimp twice.. Welp.. I found a piece of metal in my shrimp lo mein that I actually bit into after I ate almost the whole dish Yes the shrimp Lo mein was good.. So I let my waitress know about the metal and also took a picture of it. No apologies were given and i received a bill with no discount.. After being served bad shrimp and having metal in my Lo Mein I felt like I deserved at least half of the bill compensated if not the whole thing considering I was a regular customer. So I approached the man I believed to be the Owner/manager, he said “I’ll take $10 off” after a brief exchange and letting them know i was a long term frequent customer he got upset threw his hands up and said I’ll take your meal off.. then the woman, who I assumed was either his wife got extremely upset slammed the table and started speaking in her native tongue obviously upset over the extra discount.. After that we had an exchange of words and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. So we then had another exchange of words this time I had a few “choice words” and then she threatened to call the cops on me after I called her a “female dog” and a terrible business owner with terrible customer service. Overall the foods not bad but they don’t care if they serve you spoiled food or metal and get mad at you for holding them accountable.. Then want to get mad at you for their mistakes I believe they own Ming Ying in long branch too.. I highly advise against being a customer at any of their establishments.. very rude people who do not care about the customer They basically poisoned me twice and didn’t care.. First spoiled food and then metal in it.. Makes you wonder how clean they actually are in there. Someone should call a health inspector..
Go to JJ Delicacies instead. It’s a gem hidden in Red bank where you can get awesome food and outstanding service. It’s also cheaper with larger portions. I have no words to express my disgust with this place Mizu) and people who work here. Food is ok and the place is near ShopRite which I tend to shop very often, so it’s convenient, but the service!!!!! Especially from the older female at the reception. She is rude, nasty, moody and annoyed all the time. Very unprofessional! She must hate working there but there’s no excuse to treat customers poorly like she does. Today was my LAST time in this place. This lady from the reception sent me home with a massive migraine on a Friday evening after a long week at work. All over 4 bubble teas I’ve ordered to go, along with the EXPENSIVE food I’ve purchased. I specifically told her NO ICE as I have a bad cold. She forgot and put ice. That’s ok, things happened! Just exchange them. Right? No! The way this lady handled the situation was awful and uncomfortable to say the least. She was very annoyed with my request because they were busy, she said! She started yelling at me, banging things, talking in her native language, even said she was going to return my money because she didn’t want to do it. Why? You’ve made a mistake. Fix it. That’s it! That simple. I was embarrassed since she was making a scene in front of other employees and customers. It was beyond my understanding. So disrespectful in every way! No mentioning the fact that she cut them open the bubble teas) and was pouring them in other containers, that didn’t look clean) trying to remove the ice, making a mess of it, touching it in a manner that I didn’t like with bad hygiene). I’ve asked her to make new ones! Of course that got even worse. She made them hot just to **** me off. It ruined it. I went home , threw them out. What a horrible experience! What a miserable, unhappy, frustrated human being she is. SHAME ON YOU LADY!!
I came for lunch with a friend and got the “all you can eat” special with a notice that you have to pay extra for whatever you don’t finish. I could not eat one bite as the sushi was rotten? Or just so bad it was inedible? I was there with a new friend and didn’t want to complain at the time but it was inedible. Shame on this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
