Gainsborough Grill - West Lindsey

I ordered döner meat chips and cheese, but when it arrived, it was missing the cheese. Normally, the owner Ramazan would have corrected the order, but the person working at the time refused to do so. They offered to bring out some cheese, but my son is autistic and cannot eat cheese that has been microwaved to melt. I had to order again from somewhere else. I was really unhappy with the experience.

Have ordered from here on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. Delivery takes a little longer as we are all the way out in Leverton, but we don’t mind waiting and the food always arrives nice and hot. Fantastic value which is hard to come by these days. Pizza’s really tasty and very generous portions, we always have some left over for the next day. Also the kebabs are very tasty and moist, the salad is always nice and fresh. Gainsborough Grill is always our first choice

I ordered two burgers and fries at 4:42 pm and it is now 6:30 pm and I am still waiting! I called the restaurant at 6 pm and was told that my order was on its way, but 30 minutes later it still has not arrived. This is very poor service and I feel like I was lied to and dismissed on the phone.

This is our favourite takeaway, the food is addictive, especially the BBQ pizza. However, their delivery is terrible. Delivery usually takes at least half an hour to an hour and half later than the estimated delivery time. This time we ordered in advance estimating a delay again but delivery appears to be getting longer every time and we waited over 2 hours. Really love the food, but the delivery definitely puts us off ordering often.
