Blyton Ice Cream Parlour - West Lindsey

Normally I don't have a problem with the slow service but today my food didn't turn up at all, mum and hubby's came together with our drinks, the girl gave me a knife and fork but I sad I'm having croffle and ice cream so she brought me a fork and spoon, and I waited, another couple came in and ordered full breakfasts and I waited, then there food came out, by this time mum and hubby had finished and my coffee was cold, so I called the lady over and asked where mine was, to be told o we forgot to put the waffle pan on we will do it now, no point I said they have finished there's and my coffee is cold so she sent the young girl over with my money back. if it was busy as it often is I wouldn't of mined but there was only 5 of us in there

Popped in for a large full breakfast. Food spot on including the poached eggs which were cooked to perfection. Service great in a lovely family atmosphere. Food served very hot which gives it much more of a home made feel.

The girl on the ice cream counter was reuse and not helpful at all. Telling me there wasn’t several flavours available yet my friends who were served by a nice young man who went in the back and brought out one of the flavours I had originally asked for!! She also gave me a flavour I didn’t ask for which I found out on my way back to my car. I emailed Blyton ice cream twice giving them chance to reply but have heard nothing which I find unacceptable considering the customer is the one paying g their wages!!!

Please wear gloves or napkin to prepare our ice cream cones. The man behind the counter had been itching his head then playing on his phone before serving us, didn’t like the look of his hands touching our ice cream . Not very hygienic staff at Scunthorpe shop

Called in today only to be told cash only !! Who carries cash nowadays ?? Very dissapointed as where a lot of others in the que ! Until they get themselves in the 21st century suggest you to stay away Talking about Brigg
