Tim Hortons - West Lincoln

I like this branch as the seating is nicely placed and comfortable. My only negative is that the washrooms are for one person only and sometimes there's a lineup. Not a good design. Always a friendly smile from the staff.

A great cup of coffee is always a must when near Tim Hortons. A very friendly wait staff early in the morning as always a pleasure.

This Tim Hortons has been updated and modernized. The staff was efficient and the food was fine. Clean place including the restrooms which is saying something because they are usually unpleasant.

Don't understand it. Long line ups in drive thru, just to consistently get pretty bad coffee. Either burnt or messed up order. Very frustrating. Customer service also quite poor.Find myself driving to another town to get my coffee which is highly inconvenient Honestly if McDonald's opened on smithville, they would get all my business. At least their coffee is consistent

Don't go after 6pm...they won't have anything you ask for! I have never been so annoyed in my life. It hasn't happened just once either. Something needs to be done about the bakers at this location.
