My pizzas weren't ready for take out when I arrived so I got to watch the process of making them. The wood-fired oven wasn't hot enough, so the cook was throwing sheets of deli paper in and then holding my pizza up to the flames to get some heat. I want wood fire, not paper smoke and ash. Got my refund and will not eat there.
