Love the salt and pepper chicken and the staff are so nice

Sometimes when busy the quality drops a bit, and tonight's meal epitomised that. Stodgy fried rice and greasy noodles... not very tasty beef and bland Beef Cantonese with far too many onions ... really could have been Onion Cantonese.... Chips were nice fresh as being the only positive.

The food is freshly prepared and the portions are generous. The fish and chips are excellent.

Traditionalists should stick to the traditional English style chips which are very nice but they'll be missing something.We had traditional chips and we also tried the salt and pepper chips. The traditional chips were good but the salt and pepper chips won hands down.I've eaten Chinese food around the world including many places in China but have never had stir fried chips before. I was very pleasantly surprised. The salt and pepper chips are cooked chips tossed in with stir fried onion, capsicum, salt, pepper, chilli and Chinese five spice. There are probably other spices/flavours in there as well. It's all very tasty and certainly more tasty than bog standard deep fried chips. But be beware. Some will find the chilli somewhat on the spicy/hot side and may wish to separate out the slices of chilli.The service was prompt and friendly and the establishment extremely clean.

Me and my Dad came here yesterday for the first time and we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and pleasant and the service between taking our order and serving the food was efficient and professional. We didn't have much of a long wait to receive our food either and the Chip Balm I had was perfect, as the bread was fresh, as was the chips as they were cooked to perfection, as was the fish and chips that my Dad had and enjoyed. Inside is very clean and the seating is positioned well and overall has been designed well with a good creative style. Although we could not complain about the efficiency and professionalism of the staff service and quality of the food, the only downside was that the costs for food are a bit pricey, of which the menu could and should be better priced than it is, in our opinion. Other than that we enjoyed our first time in the restaurant and will come back again.
