Lakes Resort - WEST LAKES

My room at the lakes resort was very clean and had everything I needed for my 3 overnight stays. I loved the view over the lake and the beautiful sunsets. that was my second stay. free breakfasts were a beautiful surprise, generous size, great ingredients and delicious. would stay again! all the workers were fantastic. room: 5 service: 5 location: 5.

Absolutely nothing negative I can say about this hotel. room: our room had a spa in it, that was excellent. activities close to: ruderboots, race on the lake. The restaurant manager is quite rude and has spoken to us without good reason. we feel uncomfortable and we didn't monitor ourselves from any reason. we are a quiet family and show respect for all around us. the bar staff and the managment are exceptional. it's like you in another hotel when they cross. will not be eating again, but will be happy to come by and have a drink with my family or personal. this review is pure for the service in the restaurant area that we have refunded and is not reflected at all in the rest of the hotel. it's such a scandal. I hope the dinge will change in future

The lakes are an i very venue, I was there for a seminar and unfortunately it was not much of a seminar
