Snappy Salads - West Lake Hills

Had nothing but solid experiences and food here. I loved their grilled avocado salad with tenderloin added. RIP Snappy.

Service is usually fast here. Today, however, service was ridiculously slow. Call ahead if you need to. Hire more people if you can't handle the lunch rush. ‍

3rd visit was just as bad as the other visits. Staff overall is below standard; They don 't speak at a volume where you can hear them. Attitudes attitudes attitudes. Rolling your eyes and Speaking in another language to bad mouth the customer. Not cool. Manager running register is a joke. I don 't care that you just got here. Fix the line staff. Food items Salad greens and items needs label Process Unorganized chaos. No one seems to know what they are doing. Why is it if I order a hot protein, I 'm waiting for it to be cooked? Each time my salad was over dressed and a without asking which dressing on a create your own. The first time it happened, I had them remake it but its not worth my time.

My friend and I placed an order 1 hr prior to the order being ready . We arrived at the location to pickup the order and there were two other people in line to pickup orders, both of which placed their orders an hour ago. Not only were the orders not ready and we had to wait another 30 minutes for them, but they continued to serve other customers in the process, rather than stopping and fulfilling the orders. Then, on top of everything else, the orders were wrong. That was my first and last time eating at that place and I will make it my personal mission to make sure everyone I know doesn 't eat here either. This was a horrible experience and if I could give 0 stars, I would.

It seems they have gotten their procedures in order for a faster checkout. Instead of waiting 50 minutes is more like 5-10 during lunch hour. I even get an occasional smile now. I'm surprised that a manger/owner didn't get back with me about my previous poor rating.
