The Fresh Market - West Knoxville

Got everything I needed, including some had to find items.

Two items purchased. Beer and a tube of lemon grass. 6th store I had to go to to find the lemon grass. The beer was purchased solely to ease the stress of 6 grocery stores in one day. The lemon grass was the 1 of 2 items that did not make it into the bag.

Unfortunately will not be shopping here any more. So many times more than not, rotten produce to the point of not being able to salvage and trashed. I stopped buying heated to-go food a while back. Now bakery and produce items aren't fresh and not even edible. This experience has been over the past 6 months. Two stars just because I used to love this place.

AVOID THE SURVEY!!! There are several scammers that have a similar website address as the one that the Fresh Market uses. Some of the websites look legit but are bogus. What is really irritating is I informed Customer Service and suggested they at least put a simple warning on the receipt with the survey and all they said was that those sites are not affiliated with the Fresh Market! Excellent variety of fruits, vegetables, breads, deli meats, and desserts. The prices are worth the quality of what the shopper finds here. Some “exotic” products cannot even be found at other grocery stores in the area. Check-out was a pleasure: the two young women at the register were very friendly and personable.
