Rio Grande Mexican - West Knoxville

We went on a Sunday afternoon coming back from a hike. No one wanted to wait on us and the two girls that were there made a kid ask us our order. We had to ask 3 times for cheese dip. The food would have been ok but the service and treatment left us with a bad taste. We were overcharged for the food and service we left no tip and will never go back. Such a disappointment ?

Decided to try here for the first time this evening. I am very happy to say this might be our new favorite Mexican restaurant. The very friendly staff, delicious food, and clean environment made it easy to overlook the typos on the menus, though one was comical. Will definitely return.

We absolutely love this restaurant! It's my kids favorite place to go by far. Margaritas are THE BEST. The owners really care about their restaurant and it shows on so many levels. They are so kind and the food is absolutely amazing! I have tried so many things from here and every single thing has been amazing! If you like to drink with your food go and try a Rumchata it's so amazing and you can't get it everywhere. If I could give this place a million stars I would!
