Pizza Hut - West Knoxville

Ww don't get dine-in pizza often, but when we do, its always here. Always the tastiest pizza. Great staff. But choose your time of day wisely, as they are shortstaffed

One of the 2 pizzas I ordered was not made correctly. Pizzas were not very hot. It wasn't worth the call or the drive back for just mediocre food.

I’ve given this place three tries and every time they have messed up my order. The last time I place the order. App said it was ready. Drove to the store to be told he hasn’t even been started yet and they could not give even an estimated time. Place is completely disorganized.

Great store with friendly people. Delivery is Great too.

The pizza had little sauce and the flavor was just not up to par. Average crust and very little cheese. It ranks 2nd of the 3 major chains in my opinion.
