Captain Jack's - West Knoxville

This was are first and also LAST time here . We wasted our money because the food was nasty . ESPECIALLY the mac n cheese . Those who think that the mac n cheese is good will eat anything and back is probably Big. And whatever seasoning they use they put the same seasoning on Everything If we would have known Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken was in Knoxville we would've went there instead !!

Went thru the drive thru. Service was sweet and food came out fast and hot. Insanely tasty! Gonna be hard to eat this in moderation..

Their whiting fish has big portions but could use some seasoning. I got the combo and it comes with 3 pieces of fish which I surely could not eat all of that. I think the price was affordable and not expensive. I wasnt crazy about this place when it first opened and still wouldn't say that I am but I have found a few things on the menu that I do like. I will say that I pulled up about 9 pm and was pleased that I got fresh, hot food considering they close at 930 because a lot of restaurants will try to serve you old food before they close so that I do appreciate about them.

Super frustratung... I drove all the way to the east side of town to order 4 fingers, Mac and cheese, and greens. They did not give me my Mac and cheese, but baked beans instead. I'm not even sure if I can eat these baked beans as I don't eat pork. I'm staying off of Northshore, I don't have the time or gas to turn all the way back just for the side that I paid for. Give me my Mac and cheese or my money back.
