But can you tell me why Tim Hortons cancelled the English Toffee?

I am getting really sick of the inconsistency.Why can't everyone learn how to make a sandwich the way it's supposed to?Doesn't the manager at this place make sure everyone is following protocol and making their food with the proper ingredients? Poor management!Every sandwich I ask for at this location gets mayonnaise. I know for fact they all have different sauces and which sauces as I worked at tim Hortons for many many years.We all had to train to be consistent.Not plop a bunch of sauce disgustingly on a sandwich and throw it in a wrapper.Would the manager please take some action and make sure all the staff are following protocol ?I am getting so sick of being disappointed from this Tim Hortons. Won't be going to this one again. Hire better staff or get a better manager to manage the staff!
