Fork Plant Based Market - West Kelowna

Visited their temporary location today and got some delicious bakes, hot food for lunch (we had the chicken bah min, the chicken grilled cheese and the breakfast burrito and they all got high praise) and some frozen pierogies and lasagna. So many great options! We are definitely back and I am looking forward to seeing their new location as soon as they are moved in.

I wish I checked her earlier. Not only are they a grocery store, but they have sandwiches that you can have to order and freshly baked filled cookies. Your cookies are unrealistic. Serious heaven.

Fork is so ingenious to stop love there to check new things. Their perogies are also AMAZING mainly the loaded potatoes.

Beautiful, fully baked grocery stores with full product range, including chilled, frozen and packed, as well as freshly prepared grilled sandwiches, rolls and sweet treats. Many local and BC products, including very good butchers, PlantBase Food, Flavors Kitchen Perogies and Black Sheep Cheezes. (I am interested to try a can, fermented coffee/dry barley/oatmilk drink from Tenebris in Kelowna. And the attempt by Kelownas Vegilante. The huge, filled cookies are amazing! The seasonal pumpkin spice version is delicious. I enjoyed the bbq chick’n grilled sandwich and, the next morning, the breakfast package, warmed, with melty Cheez.

This place rules! Tons of vegan alternatives, all the essentials plus a delicious selection of baked goods, sandwiches and perogies! A must visit for anyone I'm the area.
