Boston Pizza - West Kelowna

Service staff is knowledgeable...that eat disappointed never. Weekly specialties are delicious! highly recommended.

It's about the director. they were underused due to a hockey team and ran out of two children's food (French fries and don't eat a big thing) that wasn't our problem that they went out of eating. we had three different servers that do not communicate with each other. we asked that the children have the worms and dirt without fee, as they were out of ice and the server said yes. Why didn't she tell the other servers? I paid the bill, and then I saw after the bill paid and noticed that they accused us. we talked to the manager. his answer, the owner said I have to charge them for the worms and dirt. looks like a little problem, but where is the customer service? why could the manager not make the decision and the server all be on the same page? I also had to ask for my reception because the server left the table after I gave her a tip. poor service. over expensive pizza and wings. I don't want to go back.

I ordered lasagna for takeout and when I received it, it was not good. I called the restaurant to inform the manager, who offered a credit for my next order. A few weeks later, when I tried to use the credit, the supervisor I spoke with had no record of my previous call and refused to honor the credit. I explained the situation again, but he still would not acknowledge the credit. In the end, I decided not to place my order. It would have been easy for the restaurant to make things right, but now I am a disappointed customer sharing my experience publicly.

The service at this restaurant could have been better. The host, who was possibly the manager based on her attire, saw me at the door when I arrived but did not seat me. I waited for someone to come and seat me, but they helped another couple first. When the host returned, she still did not acknowledge me, and when I pointed it out she did not apologize or give an explanation. I felt ignored and was left waiting for my guest to arrive without anyone seeming to notice. The server was also inattentive and I had to actively seek them out for assistance. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the host upon leaving, she coldly stared at me and appeared slightly intimidating. Overall, the lack of acknowledgement and poor service left me feeling disappointed and disrespected.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to BP after we agreed that neither of us were interested in making dinner. I wasn’t too hungry so decided to have a couple of the shrimp tacos listed on their Happy Hour menu for only $4 each....My boyfriend had the Boston Brute which looked greasy to me. My tacos looked like they had taken one shrimp and cut it into 4 pieces for each taco as they were pretty pathetic. I get that they were a great price but I’d rather they increase the price slightly and offer a product worth ordering .... not going back anytime soon.
