A&w Canada - West Kelowna

Ordered a buddy burger with cheese and ended up with some extras….BONE! Chewed down on a piece of bone and chipped my tooth. Still no word back from Head Office. I will never eat at another A&W again in my life !!!! ??

Ordered rootbeer, onion rings, and sweet potato fries. I think the fryer was too hot. The coating was well cooked and the onions and sweet potatoes were almost raw. The root beer was good but the straw melted before we finished the drink.

The staff were very friendly and the store was nice and clean.

I'm here usually once a week so I figured I'd give them a review... Overall everything is great at this location, my burger is always on point (I customize ingredients and they get it right the first time every time! the onion rings are to die for, always hot when I get them, same with the burger. Root beer is good, just a little weird that they don't use any ice ever, but I guess that keeps it from getting watered down lol. And the employees are always kind and friendly! Overall 5 stars, great job guys.
